Healthy lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle based on the principles of morality, rationally organized, active, working, hardening and, at the same time, protecting from the adverse effects of the environment, allowing one to maintain moral, mental and physical health until old age. Every person has great opportunities to strengthen and maintain their health, to maintain their ability to work, and to be physically active.

The low level of moral culture of the population leads to the growth of socially dangerous phenomena, the scale of which increases exponentially.

Drug addiction, especially among young people, has reached critical levels. Crime and violence are the most obvious results of their spread. Equally serious consequences of drug use are immorality, incomplete education and destruction of life.

Alcohol consumption is also on the rise among teenagers, as alcohol is easily accessible and socially acceptable.

Sometimes people ask, at what age should a healthy lifestyle be promoted? Prevention of bad habits of parents - long before the birth of the child. The first concepts of healthy lifestyle must be instilled in a child from the age when he begins to actively explore the world, i.e. from 2-3 years. And this process must continue continuously throughout human life. It is from school, or even better in a preschool institution, that the foundation of a sober generation should be laid.

In recent years, children are increasingly developing neuroses; more and more often children cannot cope with school difficulties and conflict situations. Having not learned to cope with stress, not being able to express and accept themselves and their feelings, children resort to destructive forms of behavior, ending up in criminal groups, and becoming involved in the use of psychoactive substances. Children aged 8-9 years are registered in drug treatment clinics. Primary school age is considered unproblematic; little attention is paid to it in the literature and is not given special importance in the field of preventing deviant behavior and drug and alcohol use. But it is at this age that many physiological and mental characteristics of the child are formed. Depending on how this period passes, his future life depends.

Primary school age is a period of intensive assimilation of a variety of rules, not only educational, but also social life. They literally absorb all the information that children of this age receive from the outside world like sponges. In addition, children of this age are most receptive to what adults tell them. Therefore, prevention of deviant behavior and substance abuse must be carried out already at primary school age, even before children acquire maladaptive forms of behavior and begin to use alcohol, drugs and other psychoactive substances. Children care about how they acquire new knowledge. If this process is imposed and forced, children will not learn new information. Education should acquire personal meaning, be not just a dry formula, but a living source.

Preventive work with adolescents must be carried out very subtly, without disclosing the technology of production and use of a particular drug (about where and how narcotic plants grow, how drugs are made, how they are used, their appearance, etc.). Such information may provoke them to try drugs and other toxic substances

Carry out work in a differentiated manner, without intimidation or risk. It is known that teenagers consider any risk to be completely natural, and intimidation without a deep explanation of the problem sometimes has an immediate effect

It is necessary to talk about the unpredictability of drug addiction and substance abuse, that a drug explosion can be instantaneous from the first sip, inhalation or injection, to talk not just about physiology in general, but specifically about the effect of the drug on the brain: that the processes occurring in the body after taking a drug, are in many ways similar to what happens in mental disorders. To show that the consumption of drugs, alcohol and tobacco is now unfashionable and has an extremely harmful effect on the athletic capabilities of a young man and on the appearance of a girl. Emphasize in the conversation that a drug addict or substance abuser is an automaton, a robot controlled by drugs and other poisons. When revealing to students the dangers of alcohol consumption, the main attention should be focused on the enormous damage that drunkenness and alcoholism cause to the country's economy, productivity and quality of work, and people's working capacity.

It is necessary to convince teenagers that life can provide them with a lot of interesting things, that there are no insoluble problems or hopeless situations. Involving teenagers in social activities that will require them to develop positive qualities will help prevent deviant behavior. The teacher’s task is to develop an enlightened teenager into a socially caring person who will be able to resist drug addiction in any situation.

Preventive work at school

The municipal educational institution “Ivanovo Secondary School” is located in the Stupinsky district of the Moscow region. The school is rural, therefore it has its own specifics, one of which is the large role of the teaching staff not only in teaching, but also in education, since parents mostly work outside the village, return home late and are primarily occupied with the problem of making money. Many modern parents do not devote enough time to communicating with their children and do not have a sufficient level of psychological, pedagogical and legal culture. They cannot provide the necessary educational influence, psychological and social support, as a result of which adolescents find themselves lonely and psychologically helpless due to the loss of contact with their parents.

Among the population there is a large proportion of indifference, neutrality and tolerance towards the negative phenomena happening around; parents are very often subject to the erroneous illusion of believing that the scourge of drug addiction cannot affect their child. This to some extent reflects the effect of “addiction”, and in some cases the awareness of one’s own powerlessness in the fight not just against drug addiction, but in the fight for the physical and mental health of a particular loved one, relative, friend, acquaintance.

There are 123 people studying at the school, single-parent families - 31, large families - 8 - 15 people, warded families - 1, low-income families - 37, registered at the High School - 9 people, disadvantaged families registered with the KDN and ZP - 3..

All members of the teaching staff take part in the anti-alcohol work of the school, regardless of the subject they teach - there is a fairly wide field of activity for everyone. We strive to expand social connections - we involve in this work parents of students, employees of the Department of Children's Services of the State Department of Internal Affairs, KDN and ZP. specialists from organizations carrying out preventive work (“Optimalist Moscow Region”, crisis center “Nadezhda”). The main thing is the combination of educational, social and medical measures within the framework of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention, ensuring the achievement of a common result:

  • reducing the demand and, consequently, the prevalence of drugs among children and youth and their involvement in drug addiction and subculture;
  • reducing the incidence of drug addiction, substance abuse and alcoholism;
  • reducing the medical and social consequences of substance abuse (PAS).

We believe it is possible to stop the flow of negative phenomena among adolescents through the revival of moral ideals that help a person determine his position in life, and through widespread promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

One of the main activities of the school is the prevention of socially dangerous phenomena and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

Goal: raising the prestige of moral values and a healthy lifestyle among teenagers.

The school has accumulated some positive experience in the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, drug addiction, HIV infection and other socially dangerous phenomena, and in the formation of a healthy lifestyle among students and their parents.

The school administration works closely with various departments of the prevention system.

So, for example, at the beginning of each school year, joint activities with the Department of Children's Affairs of the State Department of Internal Affairs are planned to organize preventive work with minors who are in a socially dangerous situation.

The school has created a system for collecting, processing, and storing information, including operational information, on various categories of students and their families, as well as areas of preventive activities (employment, student health, etc.).

Preventive work begins with the elimination of risk factors. At the very beginning of education, the families of schoolchildren are studied, the prevailing views on drugs and the characteristics of “anti-drug” behavior and education are revealed. As a result, you can already foresee in advance which of the schoolchildren can become a kind of leader among the children. The onset of nicotine and alcohol use by adolescents is a clear sign of abnormal personality development. There could be two reasons:

  1. education by others (usually adults) in a teenager to have an uncritical attitude towards drugs as a natural, acceptable, desirable and even necessary component of life;
  2. the student’s insufficiently developed need for learning, his loss of this need, alienation from school and, as a result, the transition from the school community to the environment of street groups.

In addition to the lack of need to study, there are a number of circumstances that contribute to a teenager’s involvement in drugs. A common prerequisite for behavioral deviations in adolescence and adolescence, including such a type of drug addiction as alcohol consumption, is personal immaturity. In adolescence, the desire for self-affirmation is extremely strong, both among peers and in communication with adults, the tendency to imitate, and to protest against the tutelage of elders. A situation is created when a teenager strives to live “like an adult,” without having the experience or knowledge to do so. He is still poorly versed in various patterns of social behavior and does not always choose the best ones to emulate. The same is true with views on drugs. The teenager involuntarily joins the dominant attitude towards them in his immediate environment.

Particular attention is paid to a group of students who have negative deviations in their behavior. Such teenagers communicate with each other every day, spending 6-8 hours together.

Together with the outpatient doctor, deviations in the student’s health are identified; if necessary, parents are advised to show the child to a specialist, including a child psychiatrist.

In the process of collecting primary information, we get the opportunity to identify the categories of families most in need of social and psychological-pedagogical support (disabled people, large families, wards, children at risk, teenagers in high school, external (ODN, KDN and ZP), families, those in a socially dangerous situation, etc.).

There is positive experience in organizing preventive work with students. There is a Prevention Council. Representatives of the school's Student Council are invited to meetings and work under their sponsorship with underachieving children. Student government bodies: create a school-wide volunteer movement (12 people - students in grades 7–11), conduct sociological surveys, and participate in anti-drug events.

In order to prevent and promote a healthy lifestyle, the following programs have been introduced at school:

  • “Proper nutrition” in the amount of 15 hours, due to classes in an extended day group.
  • “A healthy generation is the health of the nation” in the amount of 12 hours in the 5th grade and 8 hours in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades due to life safety lessons, biology and class hours.
  • “Your choice” in the amount of 8 hours in grades 10 and 11 at the expense of class hours.

Goals:

  • attracting minors, especially those in difficult life situations, to engage in socially significant activities,
  • prevention of all types of addiction and promotion of healthy lifestyle
  • maintaining and strengthening the health of students.
  • attracting public attention to the problem of preserving and strengthening children's health.
  • creating a system of interconnection and cooperation with all interested services.

Tasks:

  • reducing the incidence of students;
  • compliance with valeological requirements in classes;
  • formation of a healthy lifestyle among teachers, students and parents;
  • formation of a system of sports and recreational work;
  • conducting explanatory work with minors on legal topics,
  • organization of joint work of all interested services aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of students,
  • professional guidance for students

Brief rationale

Statistical data for the last three years show a high morbidity rate among the child population in the village. Ivanovskoe. The analysis showed that this is due to the deterioration of the socio-economic situation, a decrease in the level of health of parents and children, and heredity. Students and their parents have not developed a value-based attitude towards their health, which is explained by insufficient promotion of pedagogical and medical knowledge and a healthy lifestyle.

The teaching staff of the school, employees of the Ivanovo outpatient clinic, the Central State Medical Examination Center, organizations carrying out preventive work and parents take part in the work to preserve and strengthen the health of students.

Expected results

  1. Reducing the incidence of school-age children.
  2. Creation of a functioning system of work with rural society and other organizations to promote a healthy lifestyle.
  3. Formation of a healthy lifestyle in the family.
  4. Development and compliance with valeological requirements in the classroom.
  5. Improving student nutrition.
  6. Increasing the level of material and technical equipment of the school.

Implementation activities.

  • improving the school's logistics
  • use of health-saving technologies in the educational process; diagnostics, correction and development of students;
  • compliance with valeological requirements in classes (physical education minutes, active breaks);
  • formation of a system of sports and recreational work;
  • monitoring the implementation of measures to strengthen and preserve the health of students;
  • infectious disease control;

In elementary schools, “Proper Nutrition” is held during club hour in an extended day group.

A healthy lifestyle is aimed at preventing various human diseases, as well as preventing the causes that cause this disease. A healthy lifestyle is what representatives of various services do, as well as scientists consider it in a global sense. Therefore, promoting a healthy lifestyle is an important stage in the process of forming certain habits in your child, and also make sure that the child likes this style so that he is happy to share it.

According to estimates made by scientists, human health comes from the presence of bad habits, and the share of this dependence is 50%. 20% of the body and its condition depend on everything. Promoting a healthy lifestyle among children plays an important role, since it is thanks to it that a child can be more easily educated.

This is a person's motivation to strive for something. And since the promotion of a healthy lifestyle is a prerequisite for the development of various aspects of human activity, it is actively promoted in preschool institutions, as well as in schools. Due to the fact that the life of society becomes more complex, and more and more serious stress appears, the body undergoes changes, therefore it is necessary to educate the individual immediately so that he does not have a desire to have bad habits. Promoting a healthy lifestyle among children is important at all stages of education.

Thanks to a healthy lifestyle, you can easily prevent the most negative changes in your health. Training has many elements, let’s consider the main ones:

  • environment;
  • nutrition and its level;
  • habits;
  • playing sports;
  • hygiene.

So, all these elements are important in the formation of personality, and in addition, a healthy lifestyle plays an important role.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle in the family

Of course, in order for a child to grow up in a good environment and not have bad habits, first of all he needs to be taught this in the family, through promoting a healthy lifestyle at home. Since he learns a healthy lifestyle not at school, but in the practice of life, it would be stupid to tell a child about the dangers of instant foods, while parents eat nothing except them.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle in the family

Therefore, if you want your child to grow up healthy and live a wonderful life, then from the moment of conception you need to get rid of all bad habits and start eating normally. Yes, exactly, not from the moment of birth, but from the moment of conception, since the child takes away most of the habits of attachment to this or that food from the mother. Promoting a healthy lifestyle will be the most important step in this difficult process.

Before sending your child to school where he will learn about healthy living, it is necessary to teach him about exercise and proper nutrition, and also apply this in everyday life. Today, young parents have made it fashionable to do exercises with their children, as well as swimming, and this is the right approach, since children should be accustomed to this kind of life from birth. Promoting a healthy lifestyle plays an important role not only for parents, but also for educational institutions.

It is very important that children eat as little as possible of various low-quality foods that are tasty and habit-forming. Get your child used to wet cleaning on a weekly basis, as he must take care of his own hygiene. Send him to some sports section when he grows up to instill a love for sports. Promotion of a healthy lifestyle among children is carried out primarily by their parents.

And most importantly, you should remember that a child learns all his habits not from teachers at school, but from his parents, since he grows up in their environment.

When to promote healthy lifestyle to a child

It is very important to ensure that there is promotion of a healthy lifestyle in kindergarten. Therefore, in a family it should begin even before the child goes to kindergarten. A child’s habits begin to form from the time he is in the womb, therefore it is recommended to engage in similar upbringing from the moment of conception, when the fetus is still small.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle at home begins at this stage. At this time, the expectant mother should give up bad habits, even in the smallest quantities, and also start eating right, eating as many vegetables and fruits as possible.

It's no secret that it is difficult for a pregnant woman to abstain from pies and herring, and then wash it all down with orange juice, but every effort must be made to eat the food that the child needs.

The promotion of a healthy lifestyle at home begins, and this is something that all parents should know. With this approach, you can not only give birth to a healthy baby, but also keep your figure safe. Promoting a healthy lifestyle in kindergarten only lays the foundations for rational behavior; everything else is the direct responsibility of parents.

Gradually, as your child grows up, it is necessary to immerse him in the basics contained in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. From childhood, teach him to eat properly, just not by forcing him, but by explaining why he should eat porridge when his friends constantly eat chips. Indeed, if a child finds himself surrounded by peers, he adopts their behavioral characteristics. Therefore, every parent should just sit down and tell their child why he needs to eat this, so that every meal does not turn into a scandal.

As your child grows up, teach him to help you when cleaning, tell him why exactly you need to do wet cleaning as often as possible. So, you will not only be able to instill in him the habits of a healthy lifestyle, but also raise a real assistant or assistant. This will be the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

As for playing sports, you need to start them from childhood, namely, go swimming, do exercises with the child, again, explaining to him why all this is for. Remember, if a child does not know the benefits of what he is taught, he will forget it as soon as he gets to school or as soon as he grows up. Promoting a healthy lifestyle at home begins with numerous stages of education.

The dangers of bad habits are usually taught in high school, but it won’t be superfluous if you work with your child personally and talk about bad habits and their consequences; this is one of the important steps contained in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

How to properly promote a healthy lifestyle

Promotion of a healthy lifestyle to a child is carried out primarily by parents, since they are the ones who surround him every day. In general, promoting a healthy lifestyle is an area that includes a number of activities. These events serve to improve the level of child upbringing and to improve the quality of medical culture in the country. In schools and preschool institutions, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle is carried out by medical workers, and in this case their task is:

  • propaganda of the laws of the republic regarding health care;
  • promotion of basic knowledge of medicine and hygiene;
  • promotion of healthy lifestyle;
  • consolidation of theoretical knowledge in practice.

Promotion of a healthy lifestyle at home is carried out using the advice of parents. The very topic of healthy lifestyle promotion directly depends on the age of the target audience and its characteristics. The process itself occurs when using radio, television, and other elements of the media. Medical personnel are involved in the work, and the number of hours per week during which Propaganda for a healthy lifestyle should be carried out is determined.

In order for the work to improve knowledge about health to be done most effectively, special health faculties are created, where you can obtain not only theoretical, but also practical knowledge.

As for the promotion of healthy lifestyle in schools, it is mandatory and should be carried out on a regular basis. Promoting a healthy lifestyle in kindergarten is subject to the same restrictions and is carried out on a regular basis.

Propaganda of healthy lifestyle - copying parents

It is not surprising that children largely copy their parents in their behavior. Since they always surround them and take care of them, and no matter how they raise children in kindergarten or at school, they will still pick up and repeat the habits of their family. Promoting a healthy lifestyle plays the most important role, since it not only instills healthy habits, but also allows you to engage in the educational process.

Conclusion

It is very important for parents, as the child grows up, to monitor the changes that happen to him and to protect his children from the influence of bad companies. If you can’t cope on your own, then you need to seek help from a psychologist.

Make sure that each member of your family eats and behaves appropriately, stays in shape, watches their figure, and eats as many vegetables as possible. With this approach, you can instill in your children as many good habits as possible.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation involves physical education. The purpose of such classes is to interest young people and attract them to regular training. For this purpose, all educational institutions have sports classes. Adults must organize themselves and adjust to the right rhythm of life. One of the effective and popular sports is fitness, which harmonizes well with the Russian bath and massage.

Healthy lifestyle and its components

Humanity wants to have good health, but some make efforts for this, others do nothing at all. What affects our health:

  • about 50% – healthy lifestyle;
  • approximately 20% – environment;
  • slightly less than 20% – genetic predisposition;
  • up to 10% – health care system.

The following basics and components of a healthy lifestyle can be identified:

  • absolute rejection of bad habits;
  • daily moderate healthy eating;
  • active pastime;
  • hygiene (personal and public);
  • continuous control over emotions;
  • intellectual development;
  • spiritual and social well-being.

Daily schedule for a healthy lifestyle

Regime is a necessary condition for a healthy lifestyle. However, it may look slightly different from the usual timetable, the most important thing is to correctly determine the time for sleep - it should be at least 7-8 hours. An approximate daily routine might look like this:

  • 6.30-7.00 – get up, drink a glass of water.
  • 7.30-8.00 – breakfast.
  • 8.00-10.00 – time of maximum activity. You can go in for sports, and then relax, visit a SPA center or a cosmetologist.
  • 10.00-11.00 – at this time the body is most ready for work.
  • 11.00 – late lunch.
  • 11.30-14.00 – at this time it is worth working in a quiet mode. Perform current, daily work.
  • 14.00 – lunch.
  • 14.30-16.00 is a good time to solve global issues. Brain activity reaches its peak, both among creative individuals and knowledge workers.
  • 16.00-17.00 – afternoon tea.
  • 17.00-18.00 is the time to hold negotiations, business meetings or discuss the work plan for tomorrow with employees.
  • 18.00-19.00 – way home. Do some shopping along the way.
  • 19.00 – dinner.
  • 19.30 – 20.00 – it’s time to pay attention to your skin, wash off your makeup, apply a mask. Take a bath or shower.
  • 22.00-22.30 – getting ready for bed and lights out.

To restore strength and maintain balance in the body, it is necessary to alternate work activity with rest. Spend a few minutes every hour doing physical exercise, and at lunchtime take a walk in the fresh air. Don't forget about playing sports. To do this, you can choose the best option.

Proper nutrition for a healthy lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition are inseparable components. Satisfying hunger is one of the most important instincts of a living organism. Nutritionists from all over the world have concluded:

  1. Eating four meals a day is ideal for health.
  2. Each meal should have its own time.
  3. Eat meat, fish and legumes in the morning and at lunch, and in the afternoon – fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.
  4. At late times, you should abstain from tea and coffee drinks.

Healthy lifestyle and sports

The rules of a healthy lifestyle do not only consist of healthy eating or giving up bad habits. Sports are an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, but this does not mean that everyone should take up the weights and set records. Physical activity is needed to maintain shape and prevent early aging of organs and skin. This is quite suitable for this:

  • jogging;
  • swimming;
  • cycling;
  • hiking trips;
  • tennis.

Healthy lifestyle - bad habits

Creating a healthy lifestyle is aimed at getting rid of bad habits. The most common are smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages. They harm not only the person suffering from addiction, but also those around him. Tobacco smoke is especially dangerous, because passive smokers poison their body at the same level as an active “captive” of a bad habit.

Harm from tobacco smoke:

  • the condition of nails, hair, and skin color deteriorates;
  • tooth enamel deteriorates and turns yellow;
  • blood vessels lose elasticity;
  • has a detrimental effect on all internal organs.

The effect of alcohol on the body:

  • the immune system weakens;
  • the functions of the liver, digestive tract, cardiovascular and nervous systems deteriorate, brain activity is disrupted;
  • during pregnancy – leads to various pathologies of the fetus.

Hygienic basics of a healthy lifestyle

The rules of a healthy lifestyle are simple and work well, but under one condition - systematicity. Trying to follow them from time to time will not achieve positive results. Health and a healthy lifestyle require a person to maintain personal hygiene:

  1. Body care (regular showering, bathing).
  2. Hair and scalp care.
  3. Oral care (regular brushing of teeth and preventive measures to prevent caries, periodontal disease and other oral diseases).
  4. Hygiene of shoes and clothing (keeping them clean and choosing harmless materials).

How to lead a healthy lifestyle?

Most of humanity has wondered what a healthy lifestyle is and how to approach it? Having thought through everything and postponed the implementation of the plan “until Monday”, at hour “X” there is something more important or just laziness. Before you make a plan on how to start a healthy lifestyle, you need to think through everything and only then begin to implement it. The mistake of many beginners is that they strive to do in one day what they have not done for several years, or maybe their whole life. The main rule is not to overdo it, everything is good in moderation.

Motivation for a healthy lifestyle

How to start leading a healthy lifestyle? You need to prepare for it (do not ignore this stage):

  • write down on a piece of paper the habits that you need to get rid of (don’t try to quit everything at once, determine for yourself the optimal period for each of them, for example, a week);
  • start gradually changing your daily routine (pay attention to the duration of sleep, start introducing new, healthy habits);
  • start playing sports (without fanaticism, little by little, but regularly).

Films about a healthy lifestyle

Many of those who wanted to change their lives stopped halfway or did not begin to move towards their goal at all. Some lacked willpower, others lacked motivation. Films about a healthy lifestyle will help you take a fresh look at the problem and how you can overcome it:

  1. "Run, fat man, run"– talks about the power of sport, how much it can toughen a person mentally and physically.
  2. "Karate Kid"– teaches you to fight with yourself and not despair in the most difficult situations, and the love for Japanese martial art helped not only to deal with aggressive peers, but also to believe in yourself.
  3. "Forrest Gump"– the ability to run quickly helps the main character become famous and go to university, and skillful play of table tennis made him a world champion.

Books about a healthy lifestyle

Many people have wondered what a healthy lifestyle is. Preserving your health is a voluntary matter and everyone should have their own motivation. Some people are helped by advice from friends, others by educational films and TV shows, and others by books about a healthy lifestyle. Experts in this field recommend reading:

  1. "350 Dukan Diet Recipes"– some people know that healthy foods that help make your figure slimmer can be tasty.
  2. "Sugarless"– the author talks about the existing degrees of addiction to sweets and ways to combat them.
  3. "The Science of Sleep" is a useful book about the main aspect of a healthy lifestyle, in which the author explains how to sleep properly and how the body behaves at this time.
  4. "Book of the Body"– teaches you how to gain physical and mental strength, love your body, and how all this will help in different areas of life.

INTRODUCTION

Every person is proud and freedom-loving by nature. None of us is alien to self-esteem and the desire for a full life. But how we are assessed in society, who we are accepted for, completely depends on ourselves, on our behavior, on our actions. A person is free to direct his actions, but there is a force that turns a person into nothing, equates him with the most stupid and vile creature. Deprives him of everything sublime that sets him apart from the surrounding world of creatures.
THIS TERRIBLE POWER IS IN DRUGS.
Many people do not know and believe that drugs - morphine, cocaine, anasha, plan, marijuana, spice, etc., are smuggled items, and completely lose sight of the fact that they cause persistent addiction and a painful addiction to oneself, on for many years they have been doing their dirty work in the human body, decomposing it both physically and morally.
A person who uses drugs in any form becomes weak and easily succumbs to bad influence, because... his cerebral cortex is blocked, his will is paralyzed, his instinct of self-preservation does not work. Even with one-time intoxication, people become easy prey and earn various diseases.
Purpose of the work: to study the development of promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the formation of an anti-drug worldview among children and youth.
In order for the goal to be achieved, it is necessary to solve a number of problems:
1. Conduct a theoretical study of the problem.
2. Research existing promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
3. To study the features of the formation of an anti-drug worldview in children and youth.
4. Explore the motives of struggle and motives of interaction with adults in children and youth when forming attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle and an anti-drug worldview.
5. Conduct a comparative analysis of the results obtained.
The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the results obtained can be used in the work of psychologists and social educators when consulting parents on drug addiction prevention, in developing programs for creating a health-preserving environment aimed at optimizing the work of educational organizations and correcting educational methods, in developing lecture courses “ Life without bad habits."

1. THE PROBLEM OF FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND ANTI-DRUG WORLDVIEW IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH

1.1. General characteristics of a healthy lifestyle

Protecting one’s own health is the immediate responsibility of every person; he has no right to shift it to others. After all, it often happens that by the age of 20-30, a person, through an incorrect lifestyle and bad habits, brings himself to a catastrophic state and only then remembers about medicine.
No matter how perfect medicine is, it cannot rid everyone of all diseases. A person is the creator of his own health, for which he must fight. From an early age it is necessary to lead an active lifestyle, toughen up, engage in physical education and sports, observe the rules of personal hygiene - in a word, achieve true harmony of health through reasonable means.
Health is the first and most important need of a person, determining his ability to work and ensuring the harmonious development of the individual. It is the most important prerequisite for understanding the world around us, for self-affirmation and human happiness. An active long life is an important component of the human factor.
A healthy lifestyle (HLS) is a way of life based on the principles of morality, rationally organized, active, working, hardening and, at the same time, protecting from adverse environmental influences, allowing one to maintain moral, mental and physical health until old age.
There are three types of health: physical, mental and moral (social):
- physical health is the natural state of the body, due to the normal functioning of all its organs and systems. If all organs and systems work well, then the entire human body functions and develops correctly.
- mental health depends on the state of the brain. It is characterized by the level and quality of thinking, the development of attention and memory, the degree of emotional stability, and the development of volitional qualities.
- moral health is determined by those moral principles that are the basis of human social life, i.e. life in a particular human society. Distinctive signs of a person’s moral health are, first of all, a conscious attitude to work, mastery of cultural treasures, and active rejection of morals and habits that contradict the normal way of life. A physically and mentally healthy person can be a moral monster if he neglects moral standards. Therefore, social health is considered the highest measure of human health. Morally healthy people are characterized by a number of universal human qualities that make them real citizens.
A healthy and spiritually developed person is happy - he feels great, receives satisfaction from his work, strives for self-improvement, achieving unfading youth of spirit and inner beauty.
The integrity of the human personality is manifested, first of all, in the interrelation and interaction of the mental and physical forces of the body. The harmony of the psychophysical forces of the body increases health reserves and creates conditions for creative self-expression in various areas of our lives. An active and healthy person retains youth for a long time, continuing creative activity, not allowing the “soul to be lazy.”

1.2. Basics of a healthy lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle includes the following basic elements: fruitful work, a rational regime of work and rest, eradication of bad habits, optimal motor mode, personal hygiene, hardening, balanced nutrition, etc.
Fruitful work is an important element of a healthy lifestyle. Human health is influenced by biological and social factors, the main one of which is work.
A rational regime of work and rest is a necessary element of a healthy lifestyle. With a correct and strictly observed regime, a clear and necessary rhythm of the body’s functioning is developed, which creates optimal conditions for work and rest and thereby promotes health, improves performance and increases productivity.
The next step in a healthy lifestyle is the eradication of bad habits (smoking, alcohol, drugs). These health problems cause many diseases, sharply reduce life expectancy, reduce productivity, and have a detrimental effect on the health of the younger generation and the health of future children.

1.3. Problems of developing a healthy lifestyle in children and youth

The problem of creating a healthy lifestyle and promoting health is becoming a priority direction in the development of the modern educational system.
Until recently, the process of developing a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation was identified with physical education. Life, however, has shown that in the age of stress and neuroses, aggressiveness and indifference, social illnesses and environmentally unfavorable living conditions, physical education cannot cope with the tasks set to create a culture of health among students.
Only from a very early age can children be instilled with knowledge, skills and habits in the field of health care, which will subsequently turn into an important component of a person’s general culture and will influence the formation of a healthy lifestyle for the entire society.
In the recent past, the family played, according to a number of researchers from the countries of the Soviet bloc, a significant and positive role in introducing representatives of the younger generation to sports and physical education. Peer groups were also assigned almost the same positive, in general, role. As for the recent past, a number of other studies indicate the same thing: as a rule, families encouraged their children in most cases to engage in tourism, sports, physical education, and groups of peers and friends existed here and there at one time, in 1970-1980- e years, even the fashion for sports: boxing, wrestling, bodybuilding, martial arts and some other sports. Unfortunately, these days the corresponding picture looks much sadder. Many parents drink, smoke, and use drugs, thereby setting a bad example for their children. The proportion of such parents has increased significantly compared to the period of the 1970-1980s. In the best case, parents work tirelessly day and night to earn a “penny” and “raise” their child, respectively, sometimes without paying any attention to him. Is it possible to do tourism, physical education, sports, or walks in the fresh air here? Parents, coming home from work, collapse from fatigue, again relieving stress with alcohol or drugs. In Soviet times, this was not as common a phenomenon as in our gloomy era. In companies of peers, the fashion for sports and muscular bodies among young men has disappeared; the “unisex” trend has prevailed: girls wear pants, boys wear earrings in their ears, lips, eyebrows, professing in most cases either the cult of a “beer belly” or a frail, skinny body. Finding himself in the company of peers, a child or teenager immediately becomes addicted to beer (this is in the best case), and often immediately begins to “inject drugs”, using various kinds of hard drugs (heroin and others), dependence on which arises immediately. Today, some people start using drugs at the age of 7-8; at this time, their parents, instead of raising their children, either drink, or earn money, or live their “personal lives.” According to official data, in Russia, per 100 thousand people, 240 people are regular drug users.
An ever-increasing proportion of the younger generation is simply not fit to replace their fathers and mothers. Many young people do not live to the age when it is time to join the working class. The birth rate in the country is now extremely low.
An analysis of the existing experience in developing a healthy lifestyle for young people in the process of educational and educational activities of various institutions shows that:
- modern youth do not have a holistic understanding of the essence of a healthy lifestyle;
- caring for the health of the younger generation in the modern system of education and upbringing is built without taking into account the basic principles of health science, which is unproductive;
- there is no targeted scientifically organized system for training specialists using health-saving pedagogy;
- existing models of the educational process in most cases do not meet the requirements of systematicity, consistency and accessibility, since in them the main emphasis is on knowledge, abilities and skills, and not on the subject of education itself - the person;
- the legislative and regulatory framework for protecting the health of the younger generation does not ensure coordination of the actions of federal and local authorities, law enforcement, treatment and preventive, educational structures and institutions;
- everywhere the necessary funds are not allocated to sufficiently finance programs for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
One day Aristotle remembered, filled with deepest sadness, the words of Pericles, who uttered them in his “Funeral Oration.” An outstanding Athenian political and public figure sadly said “that the loss of youth has the same meaning for the fatherland as if a year had lost spring.”

1.4. Promoting a healthy lifestyle among children and youth

Education is the process of external energy influencing a person’s internal energy. As a result of the interaction of two (internal and external) energy systems, excitation, movement, change and development of genetic human inclinations occur. Education in the broad sense of the word is the only universal means of development. All human inclinations develop and function as abilities only through education.
The modern Russian educational system aims at education and training to prepare a self-realizing individual for life in market relations. Everyone after school is obliged to choose and take a place in the social hierarchy in a competitive struggle.
Students are not taught the rules of the struggle for survival in modern conditions. A person who does not know himself and does not know how to control himself is a toy in the hands of other people. He does not control his destiny, but becomes a slave to circumstances, prejudices, fashion and his own whims. Students are especially susceptible to the prejudices of modern life. The fact is that students are a social stratum of the population that can be classified as a high-risk group, since students face difficult age-related problems (adaptation to physiological and anatomical changes associated with maturation processes: high psycho-emotional and mental stress, adaptation to new conditions living and studying; the formation of interpersonal relationships outside the family) is subject to the negative impact of the crisis in almost all major spheres of society and the state. This leads to a significant increase in age-related deterioration in the adaptation of students, which results in serious medical and socio-psychological problems that arise in one form or another among students.
The problem of preserving and strengthening the health of teenage students is complex and multifaceted. In modern conditions, due to the changed economic situation, it requires a new approach to solving it, poses the task of guaranteeing the provision of high-quality medical care to teenage students, searching for new forms of its organization, including the development of effective methods of mass preventive examinations, hygienic training and education.
Many modern young people studying in educational institutions are adherents of a certain lifestyle, in which cigarettes, drugs and alcohol are a certain standard. Moreover, some have led this lifestyle since school.
To cultivate a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to penetrate deep into the problem itself. It is important to find out what caused you to lead an unhealthy lifestyle, and what contributes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. To find out this, many educational organizations carry out preventive work aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle. And also in many regions of our country, research is being conducted to identify the physical, social and psychological health of students. A diagnostic analysis of the state of their physical, social and mental health fully confirms the truism: everyone has different starting points for life, different health, different destinies.
It should be noted that the rudiments of a lifestyle are laid in early childhood. Thus, children who experience some infringement and internal anxiety for the desire to express themselves switch to a lifestyle that involves drugs and alcohol. In these cases, the priority tasks of the team in which the child is teaching (be it a kindergarten, school, technical school or institute) in developing a healthy lifestyle should be:
- strengthening mental and physical health;
- nurturing the needs of healthy lifestyle skills.
The above tasks are solved in three directions: working with children, their parents and the team.
With children it is:
- physical education classes;
- safety lessons;
- physical education holidays, sportslands, sports competitions;
- Days of health;
- drawing competitions;
- organizing seminars and meetings with representatives of religious organizations;
- organizing lectures with representatives of the Federal Tax Service, the police, and the committee for juvenile affairs.
Close cooperation with family is considered the key to success. Work with parents and staff is carried out based on the results of the survey. Then consultations, conversations, round tables with the participation of various specialists are organized, information stands are set up, and seminars are held.

1.5. Formation of a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle and an anti-drug worldview among children and youth using the example of the state professional educational institution "Usinsk Polytechnic College"

The changes that have occurred over the past decade in the life of our society have led to changes in various spheres of human activity. The breakdown of old value guidelines, which occurred under the influence of internal political factors, caused the growth of some negative phenomena in society. In particular, there has been an increase in the number of teenagers consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic and toxic substances, and as a result, the number of offenses committed by teenagers under the influence of alcohol or drugs has increased. Moreover, the age of people who begin to drink alcohol and drugs is steadily decreasing.
Psychophysiological instability, exposure of children and adolescents to stress against the backdrop of a decline in living standards, unemployment and other negative manifestations in families leads to behavioral disorders, protest to society, school, parents and, thereby, addiction to drugs.
In these conditions, it is important to build confidence and a positive attitude towards oneself, and develop personal self-expression skills. Such an approach to preventive work on drug addiction problems allows you to choose a conscious life position, neutralize the fact of artificial euphoria as criteria for relaxation, joy and success, and form rational systems for recognizing pleasure. An analysis of statistical data provided by the media shows that every fifth teenager already has experience of intoxication and there is a picture of a constant increase in drug use among children. And most importantly, there is no specific social immunity to drug temptation, and the danger of infection is the same for both the traditional risk group and those who do not cause anxiety.
Indeed, it is impossible to ban or eliminate drugs forever, but the development in each person of a system of personal opposition to them is a real and practically feasible task. Therefore, in order for such a desire not to arise, you need to successfully build relationships with the outside world - solve problems, realize emerging needs using your own knowledge and skills, find something you like.
530 people aged from 16 to 23 years study at the State Educational Institution “Usinsk Polytechnic College”. Every year, the administration of the technical school draws up not only a curriculum, but also a plan of educational work carried out with students of the technical school, as well as a plan for the prevention of the use of psychoactive substances by students, a plan for joint preventive work of the inspector of the OPDN of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Usinsk with the State Educational Institution "UPT" on prevention and prevention juvenile delinquency.

Military-patriotic work plays an important role in organizing the educational process of a technical school. College students actively participate in months of patriotic and sports work, in city and regional events, festive events dedicated to the Days of Military Glory, memorable events and dates in the history of Russia, Victory Day, Conscript Day, military sports competitions, themed evenings, exhibitions, events aimed at studying and popularizing state symbols, City Day. One of the areas of educational work in the technical school is civic education. Within the framework of this direction, video lectures were held “Usinsk - yesterday, today, tomorrow”, “The Constitution of the Russian Federation - the fundamental law of the country”, meetings with a deputy of the State Assembly, with the head of the administration of the Usinsk Municipal District, Stanislav Yuryevich Khakhalkin, acting. head of the urban district - chairman of the council of the municipal formation of the urban district "Usinsk" Mikhail Albertovich Serov.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of legal education and legal education of students, especially minors, and work was systematically carried out to prevent crime. According to the plan, a series of classes “I have the right”, “How to behave among people”, “Youth problems. Problems of a teenager”, parent meetings, “Legal Knowledge Corners” have been established in the technical school and dormitory, the Crime Prevention Council, the educational psychologist and class teachers work with “at-risk” students, conduct individual conversations with them, work with parents, raids in the dormitory and home.

- meetings of the KPDN represented by a representative from the technical school;
- meetings of the Prevention Council;
- meetings of Small Pedagogical Councils;
- interaction with the guardianship authorities of Usinsk;
- interaction with the Usinsk police.

CONCLUSION
Children's health is deteriorating catastrophically every year, and this problem threatens to lead to the extinction of the nation. Negative health changes in students are caused by the following factors: excessively high level of educational loads, insufficient physical activity of children and adolescents. Indifferent attitude towards your health.
As statistics show, the first encounter with narcotic substances sometimes occurs at the age of 8–10 years, but most often in adolescence, when children may experience a so-called “adulting crisis.”
As students age, their health becomes more and more socially dependent. At the same time, bad habits among children are becoming widespread.
Analysis of scientific literature and research work have shown that, despite a significant number of publications on the problem of promoting a healthy lifestyle and the formation of an anti-drug worldview among children and youth, the following trends are observed:
- reducing the age of adolescents using alcohol, drugs and tobacco products;
- increasing the availability of narcotic products;
- expanding the range of consumed psychoactive substances, many of which have a more destructive effect on health;
- a change in the social status of adolescents who begin to use drugs and alcohol and the formation on this basis of a special youth subculture, the leading value of which is spending free time in combination with the use of alcohol and other drugs as a lifestyle.
The worsening problem of drug addiction among children, adolescents and young people has become an incentive to understand this problem better and help understand the importance of this problem for people's health.
Based on these findings, we can formulate the following recommendations for teachers of educational organizations on working with children and youth:
1. Involve children and youth in extracurricular activities.
2. Conduct preventive conversations, meetings, classes with representatives of the police and state drug control.
3. Conduct preventive conversations, meetings, and classes with representatives of the narcology department.
4. Conduct preventive conversations with parents of children and youth about the need to observe a healthy lifestyle.
5. Show students a positively formed attitude towards a healthy lifestyle and anti-drug worldview by personal example (teachers - go hiking with students, into the forest, participate together in sports competitions, etc.)
Recommendations for parents for prevention and formation of a positive attitude towards healthy lifestyle:
1. Always sit down to eat together as a family.
2. Organize family trips (weekly, monthly or yearly) that the children look forward to as a family reunion.
3. Talk to children by listening to them.
4. Do not punish children in front of others and always praise them to reinforce their good behavior.
5. Always help your children solve problems.
6. Always help your child get out of difficult situations and encourage him to take responsibility.
7. Encourage children to express their feelings (express their emotions).
8. Let children feel that their mistakes are fixable.
9. Always trust your children.
What qualities do parents need to cure their child of drug addiction?
1. Understanding the seriousness of the current situation, how adequately and seriously the child’s troubles are taken, love him and value his health.
2. Kindness and a sincere desire to help the child.
3. The ability to make concessions and sacrifices in the name of the child.
4. The ability to take the child’s side, to look at yourself through his eyes.
5. Readiness for change.
6. Control over your feelings and actions.
7. Patience and consistency.
8. Consent in the family and participation of both parents in the upbringing and treatment of the child.
9. Belief in the positive results of treatment.
Having comprehensively studied the problem of developing attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle and anti-drug worldview in children and youth, conducting research and drawing conclusions, we can conclude that the set objectives of the work have been completed and results have been achieved. Based on all of the above, we understand that only together we will be able to give a high-quality answer to the offer to try drugs and honestly answer: “WE SAY NO TO DRUGS!”

Propaganda - (from the Latin propaganda to be distributed) popularization and dissemination of political, philosophical, religious, scientific, artistic or other ideas in society through speech, the media, visual or other means.
A healthy lifestyle is a person’s way of life aimed at preventing diseases and promoting health.
In the psychological and pedagogical direction, a healthy lifestyle is considered from the point of view
view of consciousness, human psychology, motivation.
There are other points of view (for example, medical-biological), but there is a sharp edge
there is no difference between them, since they are aimed at solving one problem - improving the health of the individual.
Drug addiction (from Greek - stupor, sleep, and madness, passion, attraction) - chronic
progressive disease caused by drug use.
Anti-drug propaganda - promotion of a healthy lifestyle, including physical education and sports, aimed at creating negative attitudes in society
attitudes towards drug addiction.

A healthy lifestyle is one of the most important issues in modern society. Numerous studies on optimal diets and daily life each time present people with more and more new options for adjusting their daily routine in order to maintain health, both physical and psychological. To ensure that interest in this process does not fade away, a healthy lifestyle is actively promoted.

The importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle

It is simply impossible to overestimate the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as the promotion of this action in modern society. The predominance of passive rest and pastime among people, in general, often becomes the cause of the development of a variety of diseases. Some illnesses are characterized as diseases of a sedentary lifestyle. These include varying degrees of obesity, arthritis, arthrosis, slagging in the body, decreased performance, constant drowsiness and fatigue, insomnia, and frequent nightmares. At the same time, the risk of more serious diseases such as cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and much more increases.

Inactivity is dangerous, but poor nutrition poses an even greater risk to a person. A large number of fast food eateries attract people with bright signs, affordable prices and walking distance, but the quality of food in these establishments most often leaves much to be desired. But the troubles of modern society do not end there - the store sells products that rarely comply with the principles of a healthy lifestyle. Preservatives, vegetable fats, carcinogens, synthetic food additives - all this not only contributes to rapid weight gain, but also deterioration of human health. The main danger is that disruption of the body’s activity occurs gradually, so it is not immediately possible to identify this or that deviation and why it occurs.

Another opponent of a healthy lifestyle is computerization. Computers are everywhere, the Internet is everywhere. Small and large, stationary and portable - now you can take them anywhere, which has dramatically changed the attitude of many people to active recreation, replacing it with achieving records not in real life, but in a virtual environment. And the further, the more - new technologies and discoveries often carry new risks for people violating the principles of a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is very important to promote a healthy lifestyle in modern society.

Methods of promoting a healthy lifestyle

1. Television broadcasting. Today, television shows many programs about healthy eating, physical training, sports, the characteristics of diseases, their prevention, medications, the appropriateness of their use, as well as the tricks of enterprising individuals who are trying to profit from the diseases of citizens. This is one of the most effective propaganda methods. With the help of television broadcasting, people can be told in detail about the pros and cons of modern medicine, where and how to buy quality products, how to use dietary supplements correctly and whether it is necessary at all. Here you can learn about sports, watch competitions, get carried away, find out where trade union centers are located, where you can sign up.

2. Internet. It has the same capabilities as television. The downside, perhaps, is that in addition to very useful information promoting a healthy lifestyle, there are many false, unconfirmed recommendations. On the Internet, a person, one way or another, comes across articles about a healthy lifestyle, sees advertisements for fitness centers or dietary supplements to improve health, photographs with the consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle, and much more. As targeted propaganda, profile pages are created on the Internet and the possibilities of sports sections are described. Through the Internet, you can sign up for a sports club, contact a doctor, and even get a free consultation on how to make your lifestyle healthy.

3. Against bad habits. A special place in propaganda is given to the fight against smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction. Giving up this is the basis of a healthy lifestyle, so you can often see a poster against one of these bad habits on the street today. However, in this case, propaganda also depends on the people themselves - by reporting offenses related to bad habits, they also contribute to the wider dissemination of information about a healthy lifestyle.

4. Sections, opening of sports clubs. The opening of sports clubs, swimming pools, and sections is basically created to attract young people, children and maintain the health of the elderly. Middle-aged people and teenagers can find their life purpose here.
