It’s not difficult, although there are some nuances. You need to drive along Dmitrovskoye Highway to the traffic police post and turn onto Krasnaya Gorka. The distance to them is a little less than 2 km, however, due to the swampy shores, you can’t easily get to Nerskoye, and it is used only for fishing (the local lakes are home to crucian carp and burbot, pike and perch, minnows and roach). But Lake Dolgoe is quite suitable for swimming, there is a boat station on it, and at the same time it is much quieter here than on the popular Krugloye Lake located a little further away.

The territory of the residential complex is equipped with numerous guarded gates, through which, using a magnetic key, you can go out into the forest, where, as they say at the sales office, there are a lot of mushrooms in summer and autumn. Here you can also find hedgehogs and squirrels, moose and deer, roe deer and hares.

Editorial opinion. The complex has an excellent location in terms of its environmental component and relative proximity to Moscow. The ability to get there by car in several ways slightly simplifies the situation with congestion, and its own bus fleet is an excellent solution from the developer.

The construction of the village began in 2005, when the developer, the MEGA-Dream company, acquired 260 hectares of land where collective farm fields were previously located. The developer showed flexibility and divided the two-story cottages with an attic third floor into 5 parts - 2 apartments on the first and second floor and one in the attic floor. A stream flows through the territory, with a small wild lake nearby. Next year it is planned to improve it and the surrounding area - a small walking area will be organized here.

Each site has its own checkpoint and its own entrance. Moreover, each resident has an electronic pass through which he can move around the entire complex. The residential complex has video surveillance and the area is patrolled. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to leave the territory without a signature from their parents.

The estimated completion date for the construction of the residential complex is 2025, but this is a very arbitrary figure. Construction is taking place quarterly and does not create any inconvenience for those who have already moved into the residential complex. Now there are about 4.5 thousand residents. Of the 260 hectares, about 100 have been developed. To date, 600 townhouses, 50 apartment buildings and 250 cottages have been built.

Households

All types of households are built from three-layer bricks, the only difference is the foundation. For example, in townhouses and cottages it is piled, and in apartment buildings it is monolithic. The walls are erected from expanded clay concrete blocks and use 100 mm thick polystyrene foam insulation.

According to Maxim Nikitin, executive director of the Mega-Dream company, such houses are warm in winter and cool in summer. Cement-sand block is used for external finishing. The blocks are manufactured at the developer’s own production facility, which reduces construction costs. The roof has metal tiles with hydro- and vapor barriers and 200 mm of insulation. Double-chamber glazing is used throughout.

Basically, households in residential complexes are designed in red-yellow-gray walls with a green or red roof.

Housing can be purchased in three options - with basic, pre-finishing or fine finishing. In the case of townhouses and cottages, in the first option, partitions are installed only on the first floor, and on the second - only load-bearing structures (however, as Maxim Nikitin says, residents, as a rule, do not change ready-made layouts). A temporary wooden staircase is being installed.

In the case of pre-finishing, all partitions are erected, communications throughout the house are laid out, the walls are plastered, the floors are screeded, and a permanent foundation is installed under the stairs.

When finishing on a turnkey basis, you can choose not only several color options, but also purchase an already furnished lot or just a lot with a ready-made kitchen, where a gas stove with oven, dishwasher, sink and built-in refrigerator are installed.

All this also applies to apartments, only there, even in the basic version, partitions are erected and the walls are plastered. You can choose housing with one or another finishing option both from ready-made objects and at the construction stage.

The area of ​​classic townhouses currently available for sale ranges from 160 to 227 sq. m. m. All of them are three-story, with two exits located on opposite sides. It is important to note that Mega-Dream produces many building materials independently, which allows it not only to maintain approximately the same level of quality, but also not to inflate prices. So, all houses are made of concrete and expanded clay concrete, and are faced with textured decorative stone. The colors of the facades are mostly modest, their palette varies from beige to dark red. But thanks to the small number of floors (maximum - 4 floors, not counting the attic level) and the green tiles on the roofs, it all looks stylish and cozy - exactly the way a country residential complex should look.

The dream of country living in this residential complex has been fully realized. A private water well allows people to drink water straight from the tap. It is unlikely that anyone limits themselves in their dreams - there you can easily live in a huge house with a terrace with a view and a green forest outside the window. However, in reality, this opportunity is not provided very often - prices are high, the ecology of the Moscow region is let down, and you have to take on too much. The “Dream” residential complex in this regard is truly a dream, an object that is as desirable as it is accessible (well, if we are talking about prices and not about location).
